The Virtual Office System is a custom, web-deployed extension of our BOETA System that grants employees access to their key personnel information and payroll data. This user friendly, self-service system is a benefit provided to all employees and allows real-time access to their critical information including leave balance, employee master, and payroll information including the ability to access and print payroll wage statements. It also includes access and print capabilities for all W2s (even historic W2s) to support any employees’ financial and tax needs. Access to the Virtual Office is supported by our IT Department’s Help Desk who will assist any employee with access and/or system issues. Since the Virtual Office is a custom system, we upgrade it on a regular basis to ensure our employees are receiving the best information and most user-friendly technology available. The Virtual Office System is deployed using the latest security (SSL) and encryption technology.
