George D. Vincent

Executive Vice President

Mr. Vincent started with Admiral Security Services in 1981 as an Operations/Sales Manager. He is responsible for the overall performance of Admiral Security Services throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southern Regions.  He has worked extensively with the Red Coats Family of Companies. Mr. Vincent serves on the Corporate Executive Committee, which directs all company policies and procedures. He has been an active member with the Building and Office Management Association, American Society for Industrial Security, Apartment and Office Building Association. He is the Corporate Security License Holder for the following states – Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and North Carolina. He attended Montgomery College and the University of Maryland with a Major in Criminal Justice.

Gary Conrad

Divisional Vice President

Mr. Conrad is responsible for providing business leadership for Admiral’s Florida Region.  After a distinguished career in the contract security field, Mr. Conrad was asked to join Admiral Security Services in February 2007 to lead the Florida Region.  Mr. Conrad comes from the Atlanta, Georgia market where he excelled and oversaw the Sales and Marketing teams for a regional contract security company as Vice President of Sales.  He was responsible for opening six new markets all the while doubling the size of the company and maintaining customer service beyond reproach.
 
Mr. Conrad attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, and immediately thereafter founded Comtech and GC Communications.  After many years of impressive growth, the companies were acquired by a major utilities firm.
 
Mr. Conrad is a member of the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS) and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).

Logan Rees

Regional Vice President

Mr. Rees is responsible for providing business leadership for Admiral’s Northern Florida Region.  After a distinguished career (over a decade) in the contract security field, Mr. Rees was asked to join Admiral Security Services in August 2011 to oversee the Northern half of the State.  Mr. Rees comes from the Tampa, Florida market where he oversaw the Operations, Customer Relations and Sales/Marketing teams for a contract security company as Regional Director of Security Solutions.  Prior to that Mr. Rees worked in the Charleston, South Carolina and Memphis, Tennessee markets with both of the world’s largest private contract security organizations.
 
Mr. Rees attended BYU-Hawaii and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in International Business.
 
Mr. Rees is a member of the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS) and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA Tampa and Orlando).

James Staunton

Divisional Operations Manager

Mr. Staunton is responsible for operations and sales in the Orlando Office. He is a career security professional with over nine years of experience in various aspects of the physical security industry. Starting as a security officer in 2003; he worked up the ranks to a regional training position for a major security company. In 2006 he took a position with Admiral Security Services as the Central Virginia Division Support Manager; handling all training, recruiting and field inspection. As a certified instructor in multiple areas of physical security, he has assisted with the growth and development of two different Virginia licensed security training schools and served as assistant director for both schools.

Moving from support to operations in 2009, he was appointed Director of Security for a one-million square foot commercial office complex in the heart of downtown Richmond, VA. In this position he oversaw the day-to-day operations of the physical security staff, as well as monitoring the installation and maintenance and daily operation of all electronic security and life-safety systems in a three high-rise corporate office complex. Transferring to the Florida Division of Admiral in 2011, he served as Regional Quality Assurance Manager for the Melbourne and Orlando District offices, before moving into a position as the Melbourne Field Operations Manager in 2012.

Mr. Staunton attended Virginia Commonwealth University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry.
